How it works
Make an activity
Running, reading, cold showers, practising scales. Anything you want to do, on a rhythm you choose — every day, certain weekdays, or several times a day.
Invite the others
Send a link or let them scan the QR code. One tap and they're in — no usernames to swap, no invite codes to read out.
Show up
Tick the day off. Everyone in the activity sees it, and gets a quiet nudge when someone else does the same.
Every day you turned up, in one place
Open an activity and the whole month is there — filled days, missed days, and the ones that were never scheduled, told apart at a glance.
Change your goal partway through and the days before it are still scored against the goal that applied then. The past doesn't get rewritten because today's ambition changed.
Inviting someone takes one tap
Every activity has its own invite — a link to send and a code to scan. Tapping it opens Pulse straight on the activity, so there's nothing to type and nothing to look up.
Once they're in, the activity shows everyone in it, and each of you sees the days the others logged. Invites expire after 30 days, and the owner can retire one the moment they want to.
The short version
- No feed, no likes. The only signal is whether people turned up.
- Private by default. An activity is visible to its members and nobody else.
- Works offline. Log a day with no signal; it uploads when you're back.
- Yours to leave. Delete your account in Settings and your data goes with it.
